We’re always happy to see new Webkinz friends. Come in to see our new Lil’ Kinz Koalas. Also, those of you who didn’t get a Collie before we sold out in December, here’s your chance. We’ve gotten a limited reorder in, so make sure you come and buy your before they’re gone. We’ve also got notice that the Turtles will be here soon, hopefully in time for our Webkinz Party on Friday!

Return Policy Reminder

We are posting this reminder of our Webkinz return policy as a reminder to anyone who may be buying Webkinz for the holiday season:

Per the manufacturer of Webkinz’s (Ganz) policy, Cottage Soapworks cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any Webkinz animals or merchandise. This is not just our store. Any Webkinz store will not allow returns.

This system is in place to protect the validity of Webkinz Secret Codes. These codes are the lifeblood of the Webkinz program, and it is vital that each code be guarded. Several people have been buying Webkinz products, using the codes, and them returning them to the stores, making the merchandise useless to everyone else. We apologize for such strict measures, but unfortunately a few dishonest people have ruined the system for everyone.

Please keep this in mind while you complete your holiday shopping. Once again, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be accepted for ANY Webkinz merchandise.

We were hoping that this cute and playful horse would appear before Christmas, and now it’s here! We only have a limited number of these, so if you’ve been waiting to snag one, now would be the perfect opportunity.

Also, we are out of Penguins and Collies, but hope to be getting some in soon.

Beware of Webkinz Scams

As the holiday season draws closer, Webkinz have been popping up at many national discount chain stores. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE STORES! In addition to the fact that you will usually spend more money on your Webkinz, these stores are NOT authorized Webkinz dealers. They do not buy their products directly from Ganz (the Webkinz company), but buy them from unauthorized distributors of the toys.

Here’s why this is so important. Unless Webkinz are bought sold by a certified Ganz store, you cannot guarantee the accuracy of Webkinz codes. Without a genuine code from Ganz, you will not get any virtual benefits with your Webkinz merchandise. These unauthorized sellers have no quality control from Ganz and have no way of knowing whether their access codes are genuine.
